Great customer service from reception staff, especially Christina, were really nice to make us feel comfortable on our special occasion. Enjoyed the ambience of the rooftop restaurant with live music, recommended by Luca, made for a romantic evening dinner. Excellent breakfast service in the beautiful pomade restaurant, thanks to Purna who provided a nice experience. Special touches like cake, flowers, and champagne made our 25th anniversary stay lovely.

the service was superb, providing us with a personalized experience. We enjoyed the exquisite restaurant and the in-room breakfast, which were outstanding. the room advantages were remarkable, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs.
The only minor issue was that the packed lunches and special diet menus were limited in selection and quality. this did not affect our overall experience.

During our recent stay at The Dorchester, we were amazed by the really good service and attention to detail provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for. One particular instance that stood out was when we had a small issue with the electronics in our room. the hotel staff promptly resolved it, ensuring that our comfort was not compromised.
Although there were a few minor setbacks, such as a delay during check-in and some confusion with payment methods, the manager took personal initiative to rectify the situation promptly. This level of commitment to guest satisfaction was commendable.

The hotel is located in a very walkable Mayfair neighborhood, with internal restaurants in the Promenade called George and the Grill restaurant. The rooms are plush and comfortable, with a giant walk-in closet and a sink-in bed with both structure and softness. The staff is warm, accommodating, and provides top-notch service. The breakfast is delicious and worth the money. The spa is heavenly, with beautiful facilities and amazing customer service.
One negative aspect is that the hotel didn't provide complete information about their policy of entering the lobby, which caused inconvenience for guests.
